Usage and Redemption

Furlads gift cards can be redeemed toward any of our garden services.

Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the service required exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance will need to be paid by the customer.

Materials and Additional Costs

Gift card value covers labour only; any materials required to complete the job are not included and will incur additional charges.

Services do not include waste removal unless it can be disposed of in your own bin. We can arrange for external waste removal at an extra cost.

Any costs incurred above the voucher value will be charged accordingly and agreed upon prior to starting the work.

Booking and Availability

Gift cards can be used on available booking dates; please book early, especially during busy seasons, to secure your preferred date.

All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in a loss of the booking and value of the gift card.

Gift cards remain valid if cancellations are made outside of the 48-hour window, allowing for rebooking within the card’s validity.

Validity and Expiration

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.

Gift cards bought for someone else should be redeemed by the recipient within the 12-month period.

Gift cards purchased as gifts must be prepaid. For personal use, we offer cash payment options on the day, but this must be selected at the time of booking.
